Always love a hyped up story. There is more to the story than whats presented in the news. If Peter Meiers has done the work he is entitled to be paid. Did he follow standard commercial arrangements? When he made arrangements to get the money owed did either party defunct on this? What action has he taken to retrieve his money?

Looks like you are trying to yell with all your capital letter writing or maybe you accidently pressed the SHIFT BUTTON. Does this mean you are a little upset? I think the questions raised are quite valid. I would not like to presume but would hope that Peter has met all his commercial contractual committments to the standards as agreed by both parties. If this is the case then his claims are quite valid. If not then his claim would be invalid until the work is of the agreed standard.

ReplyDeleteThe picture listed as part of the slideshow with the woman appearing to be on the news is misleading or was it really on the news? Was this photo doctored as part of the conspiracy?
If a person is wronged they do not automatically have the right to destroy othr peoples lives. If people here are falsly creating images/websites and other deceptive activities are they not worst than the people they are targeting their actions against?
The relevance is the truth, being put in a way of some light hearted humor!

When Coral Coast Homes closes its doors for the last time everyone will lose. Everyone will then be a LOSER. No one will get any money.
ReplyDeleteThe Tradies will be LOSERS, the staff will be LOSERS, the suppliers will be LOSERS, the customers will be LOSERS.
A final thought. There are no WINNERS in a room full of LOSERS.
But for it to come to this, then enough people have had to say enough is enough......
I have heard a whisper that another building company will be moving into Bundaberg in the near future. They are of good standing. They are professional in their office staff. Their management is very experienced in the construction industry. They are very professional in the way they build business relationships with their suppliers and their tradesmen. They expect the uttmost level of quality. They prefer to engage the services and supply of materials from local people.
ReplyDeleteThe downside is for tradespeople who are "average" or worse they will not even talk to them. For trades people who lack business skills, they wont talk to them. For customers who accept second best, they wont talk to them.
If this turns out to be true then at least people here will know what they are dealing with should they want to do business with this new company.
Throughout all this I have noticed other names with John Biles raised. John Nann is ONLY an employee. He will be out on his arse and on the dole queue without a penny to his name. He may not even get his leave entitlements should this company go broke. He is not a director, shareholder or any fabulous person in this company. Last I knew, his role was to bring the work through the door. His job stopped there.
ReplyDeleteWhat I find most interesting is that a friend of mine who knows John actually asked him a few months ago as to why he did sales. The response was very much around with sales came opportunity. For every sale he made people would be employed or contracted. For people to be employed meant they could have opportunity. To be contracted meant people would make money.
Looks like all his effort was in vain to grow this company through sales.
For those who are getting personal, remember that John is ONLY an employee. He probably doesn't even know what its like to be the boss with his company on the line every day. I am sure most people here know what I mean. I have had months where my new found friend (The Bank Manager) has rung me directly to discuss my financial position and how the bank was not a charity and that I should maybe make a payment before they send some even newer friends (Their Collections agency)over to visit me. When my wife left me for being a "loser" it really hit home when I lost the home, lost the wife, lost my dignity. I found a new friend. Named Jim Beam. Found some good drugs, crime and ended up doing time.
My mate wouldn't bullshit me. If he says Johns a nobody then thats ok by me.
For anyone wanting to get even, don't blame the nobodies within the company doing their job. Blame the somebodies. John is a nobody. Just the bloody salesman.
Obviously, you don’t know that John Nairn, had a number of jobs within Coral coast homes, the reason he gets mentioned here all the time, is that he was in charge of payments to Tradies, and as such made promises of payments myself included which never mineralized, which either makes him a idiot fool or a condoner of john biles methods of Business, people like john biles always attract like minded thinking people to perpetuate they ways of doing Business or as its call “Opportunity”

I will verify this with a BSA check on your licence. Do you have your licence number?

ReplyDeletesome guys were only given one job and not paid new trades on every job I know this because john was ringing down as far as brisbane looking for people to put on jobs
