The phones were running hot this morning, as news media were looking for information, as to the new CCH structure, which was rumored to include john Biles walking away from the company? Details are yet to be confirmed, but if john thinks this is going to let him off the hook he is going to be sadly disappointed?Also late today more Tradies were at the front of CCH with News Crews looking for answers which was shown on tonight’s Channel 7 news, follow up stories are expected in the next few days.

The good news is that CCH is going to go broke. The bad news is so will some of the Tradies. Maybe it will be best to close the doors. This way the tradies that CCH had subcontract to them can understand how difficult it is to build homes. It appears to me that some tradies real issue is cash flow which I would suspect being the same for CCH. Pity you could not all get a long.
ReplyDeleteRumour is that some of the builders in town will only employ out of town subbies and stitch them right up on price and don't pay until the work meets ALL the quality standards. They have put the thumb screws right down. I know one who keeps monitoring this site laughing as it helps their business with every bit of bad news. They have even left comments where other people think it is the Johns just to antaganise this site more.
ReplyDeleteCash Flow? Not a problem! We just want what's owing to us and what was promised to us. Not good news for tradies and the people who trusted John to build their homes. We followed all the correct procedures to protect us from being stung by this man but it still happened thanks again to the BSA's ignorance to the problem. Oh and the BSA representative had never heard about the RPC scandal....the BSA is a joke, maybe we should have known better than to trust them again! "Pity you could not all get a long" What sort of comment is that? No one can even get hold of John to even try to get along. We've been more than patient leaving extremely pleasant messages depite the situation all day everyday since last thursday. His administration answered the phone once only to be told she'd call us back to no avail. Don't throw this back on the tradies.

Thanks to John, throw in Grant from Bundy Master Homes have a think what just the local subbies & suppliers have lost in Bundy in the last 4 months. Ahhh cant wait to renew my Bsa License.

ReplyDeleteIf you don't mind being paid in Empire Trade dollars, formally Ebanc trade, thats how we ended up doing a job for him in the first place we did 25% trade dollars rest cash, we are a barter trader, John rang me wanting to know how to cash out T$400,000.00 in trade dollars to real money, I am sure that would be handy now, so I know he's got it,
