Coral Coast Homes Scam
This blog has been put here in response to Many tradesman that have not been paid by Coral Coast Homes Bundaberg myself included, if you are one of these trades that has been affected please contact us with your details to coralcoasthomes@nyms.net or directly here, the more people that contribute the more chance we have of being paid...

What creativity by "Anonymous". Interesting that you hide behide anonymous websites, use anonymous email accounts, add your own comments to your website and remain anonymous because you don't want anyone to know who you are. Are you a coward, gutless and trying to scare the people of Bunderberg? I think the answer is obvious.

Just another anonymous Blog site. Looks like a Cybersquatter out to make a buck. Wonder if its legal to use a domain when its not your company.
coralcoasthomes@nyms.net is an anonymous email account. This was used to set up a fake website in an attempt to go after John Biles at Coral Coast Homes. Usually used for domains when you don't want anyone to know who you really are.
actually it is legal there are many web users who make domains of companies not yet on the net and sell them to company for money on uk comapny paid 15 million for a site name.

ReplyDeleteAdmin, You have just gained some integrity by admitting that this is a conspiracy. Seems the comments are going off track. It would be good to get facts on the table. Facts such as who CCH owes money to would be good. Facts like which of these homes were built within contact timelines. Facts like which of the customers of CCH have made false statements to the media for the purpose to discredit John Biles and others. What are the facts behind Mr Leo Chaplin house? It has been suggested he took ownership of the house before it was built. Is that TRUE or FALSE?

Considering this is an open forum. I think Admin has every right to say what he wants. It is open for any one to have a say. I don't see a disclaimer here stating that every piece of evidence needs to be justified.

Kate, You put up some good words, yet you obviously do not live in the Australian society where slanderous comments and false comments constitute grounds for legal action. Should you understand this concept you would gain suitable credability. Please research or discuss this with your legal advisor. A disclaimer does not disolve the right to commit an act contrary to the law. It is good we are not in a legal battle as my barrister is worth every dollar I have spent with her over the years.
ReplyDeleteKate, Your silence reflects both courage and integrity. It is usually a good thing to engage brain prior to putting ones foot in ones mouth. Not everyone on this forum is an enemy as not everyone here is a friend. You may have information which tells more than whats being told or you may be fishing for information.
ReplyDeleteI don't know your motives to be part of this forum as you don't know mine. For those that want to falsify information here and slander other people then this will be a good source of evidence to present in a case of deformation.
Very quickly this entire argument has gone from the facts or the non-facts. Let us review the facts as I understand them. Please feel free to correct me if I have made a mistake.
Fact 1 - CCH engaged the services of Tradies. Fact is based on the reason all this action is taken place and can easily be proven.
Fact 2 - CCH has not paid the tradies for services. Fact is based on tradies providing copies of invoices for work performed.
Fact 3 - BSA has suspended CCH licence. Fact verified at the BSA website under licence search.
Fact 4 - CCH was trading whilst insolvent. Fact the accountant has provided records to the BSA who have confirmed their financial position.
Non-Fact 1 - Mr Chaplins taking possession of his home prior to being completed. Has anyone got evidence to prove this or is this fabricated to stir trouble? If this has been to stir up trouble will an apology be made to CCH.
Non-Fact 2 - CCH is going to go broke. Where is the evidence to support this? If this is true then who will get paid? Do employees get their entitlements first? Who will wind up the business.
Non-Fact 3 - CCH prefers to contract in out of towners. Why would they do this? Is this because of the non-payment or because of the cost of this work?
Non-Fact 4 - Where will people go to find work now?
I am sure there are more. Lets separate the facts from the fiction (non-facts) and see what we end up with.
Yes Kate, many non facts have been told by CCH, and they become so open, it's a pitty they couldn't be honest with everyone in the first place.
ReplyDeletePerhaps if the tradies where all paid and the customers all got a quality home that they paid for we wouldn't have needed to bring the press nito it, If John Biles would have showed up to the customers meeting on the 1st may then he would have faced his customers and heard first hand.
