THE WRITING IS ON THE WALL. Has been for quite a while, sorry to say it the oxygen tanks have run out.
ReplyDeleteTHIS MOFO & HIS HAEMORRHOIDS, SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN A LONG LONG TIME AGO.
I just hope subcontractors & suppliers get paid what they're owed.
Read the fine print....The business was only closed for the day listed in the picture. It would be better to try to present the facts and not just hype up the story.
ReplyDeleteFair enough, the office was closed for one day.
ReplyDeleteTHE FACTS ARE that what the BSA have now imposed on you CORAL COAST HOMES, is that it will be a matter of time before THE DOORS ARE CLOSED ON YOU FOR GOOD.
I feel the liquidator is itching to come on in to shut you down.
What relevance does the website http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=ru&u=http://coralseahouse.com/about.htm&ei=ZKECSqfRHo62tAOAzJXqAQ&sa=X&oi=translate&resnum=1&ct=result&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dsteelsmart%2Bhomes%2Bburnett%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DN%26start%3D10 have to this anyway?
ReplyDeleteThe picture listed as part of the slideshow with the woman appearing to be on the news is misleading or was it really on the news? Was this photo doctored as part of the conspiracy?
If a person is wronged they do not automatically have the right to destroy othr peoples lives. If people here are falsly creating images/websites and other deceptive activities are they not worst than the people they are targeting their actions against?
Who actually wins by this business closing down?
ReplyDeleteForgetting the emotions for one moment, let me ask this question. Unless the Tradies have heaps of work, wont they be out of a revenue stream? If they have heaps of work they could just stop doing work with Coral Coast Homes. The permanent staff will all lose their jobs and will find their way onto the unemployment queues. Another
Even though there is a push to close this business the flow on affect goes further than just John Biles.
Attack me if you wish, but think about this for the moment.
The answer is nobody WINS!
ReplyDeleteBut another question is: - WHO STARTED THIS MESS?
Tell us all that!!!
Last time I checked not paying Tradies for work done was not a business, in fact its illegal in most places of the world, punishable by various punishments, as for “Tradies out of a revenue stream” well you have to be paid first to have a revenue stream?, otherwise you are a charity, and the last time I checked, there were no charities here?
ReplyDeleteAdmin: - Well said!
ReplyDeleteI'm not saying Tradies are charitiy cases for one moment. That is one thing I would never say or I would get one across the mouth from half of my family. Last time I never got paid I put a lean on the company and they nearly went belly up. My lawyer worded it to them in a way that they new we were serious. I'm not sure what they call the person who turns up to seize things with the court order. Lets just say that when the court order arrived the cheque was raised on the spot. I went straight for the heart.
ReplyDeleteHaving been in a similar position I know no one here is a charity case here and that its a lose/lose situation.
As to who started this mess, I don't know enough about the history of Coral Coast Homes to be able to fully comment on this without just guessing which would not be fair to all parties.
There was a famous case in Victoria where all parties worked together instead of shutting the business down with everyone losing out. It is a famous case in industrial relations where things were bad. I mean really bad. The case is Shepparton Preservative Company or as everyone knows it SPC.
The way I read this I would back Coral Coast Homes closing the doors for good and no one getting paid. Looks like everyone will miss out.
ReplyDeleteMaybe the sign was for day one
Today I heard a rumour is no one is going to get any money. The receivers will be here soon. No money, zero. The CCH staff look like getting nothing also. Maybe we should show them the direction to Centrelink.
ReplyDeleteWe fought well, just pushed a little too hard. Now no one will get any money.
one person got paid
ReplyDeletePartial yes. Unless you are the one person getting the money, that is not a victory. One gets money and everyone else gets to tell their story with more anger and frustration.
ReplyDeleteHave a look at the James Hardie company. The only way people are going to get any money out of that company is for the company to keep trading. The government could have closed it down and everyone would have received nothing.
Looks like self interest totally out weighs a beneficial outcome. So now who is on their high and mighty.
With CCH going broke how many of us have lost out? I for one don't have another other jobs on the go and it looks like some of the building companies wont subby some of us locals. I am sure the guys at Fraser Coast Painting wont get work in Bundy again.
ReplyDeleteTo the Contrary we do jobs in Bundy all the time another one in Bargara soon but we prefer to do jobs in our local area to avoid all the travelling
ReplyDeleteInteresting that the local building company didnt get local painters to do the work at Bargara.
ReplyDeleteWho wins, I say the people who will not be trapped into this crap by CCH are the true winners, to save someone else from a trap is to make you the real winners, so I say there are lots of winners in this situation. Just not anyone from that office.
